How can we help Mercedes-Benz vehicle owners simplify their daily tasks?

This project was created to support Mercedes-Benz Consulting with their plan to create a more engaging customer
experience. Providing customers with digital services through their smartphones would, in theory, expand the brand offerings. With potential partners for a pilot run, we thought about what would be most important as a first step to move this idea forward with management buy-in.
