Collect, analyse and share insights from customers

This B2B product innovates in the fleet management industry by enabling the digitisation key processes, including vehicle dispatching and damage management documentation. With this app, a vehicle fleet can now be tracked, maintained and dispatched remotely. With a small product team, VAN2SHARE increased its user base from a single local non-profit organisation to over 1,500 connected vehicles in multiple countries serving small to medium feet customers in less than 18 months.

Unlock vehicle remotely

I stretched myself professionally to work as both a product designer and a UX strategist, where I collaborated in a team comprised mainly of key account managers, product owners and operations specialists. I was introduced to the product when the overall business goal was to scale, where I proposed a more sustainable approach to identify the most impactful design and UX interventions to strengthen the strategy’s outcomes.

There were many improvements to work on and I wanted to collect enough evidence to better prioritise UX topics which would align with the product’s main strategy: scaling. I was able to define a strong way forward to launch the product on the market with a rebranding and a UX strategy, including a multimodal feedback process and my colleagues are now able to ask more customer-centric questions in their projects.

With my expert contribution and transparent working practices, customer-centricity was soon added as a strategic product pillar and allowed UX insights to contribute directly to the product’s business goals.
