The research really helped to move the visual language forward with ease. We were able to avoid creating content based on internal product team preference and some success to come with these improvements as well.

Despite challenges like making the case for new iconography specific for van fleets with the global design team, or enabling the integration of this application into the organization’s digital portfolio, we were able to build trust from within with our inclusive approaches and sharing our visual deliverables along the way.

In the end, the visual language for the app matched up with the Mercedes-Benz digital product series with this redesign effort without diluting its main purpose – to support commercial fleet customers with sharing and caring for their vehicles.
